22 days to go. I’m asking for your help.
With just 22 days until Election Day and just over a week until advanced voting begins, we’re entering the final stretch of the campaign. Over the past four years, I’ve worked every day to help make Vancouver safer, more affordable, and a better place to live. We’ve made real progress, but there’s still work to do.
Today, I’m asking for your help in four simple ways.

The question I hear most often is, “I’d like to help, but what would I be doing?”
The truth is, campaign volunteering isn’t glamorous, but it is rewarding. You’ll meet great people, work alongside a fantastic team, and make a real difference during these final weeks.
Whether you’re interested in helping get out the vote, serving as a scrutineer, driving voters or supplies, or assisting behind the scenes at campaign headquarters, there’s a role for everyone. Whether you can spare a few hours or several days, we’ll match you with a role that fits your interests and comfort level.

🗳️ Make a Plan to Vote
Advance voting begins on Saturday, October 3rd, and every vote will matter. Advanced voting dates are October 3, 7, 10 and 13. General Election Day is October 17th. You can vote at any of dozens of voting stations around the city. See the City’s information on voting here. I’m encouraging everyone to vote for our entire ABC candidate team — Mayor, City Council, Park Board and School Board.
If you’ll be away or prefer to vote from home, mail-in ballots are now available. This election also includes Vancouver’s Public Safety Plebiscite, giving residents the opportunity to have their say on two important public safety questions.
